- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder

- Salt, to taste
- 1 cup shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup thinly sliced cooked beef or steak tips
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Marinara sauce or queso cheese dip, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.
- Lightly flour a clean surface and roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle.
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil and minced garlic together. Brush the mixture evenly over the dough.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese and half of the shredded provolone or mozzarella over the dough. Evenly spread the thinly sliced beef on top. Sprinkle with garlic powder, oregano, and salt.
- Fold the dough over the filling, pressing down gently to seal. Using a pizza cutter, slice the dough into strips.
- Twist each strip to create a spiral shape and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle the remaining provolone or mozzarella cheese and a dash of chili powder (if using) on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve the breadsticks warm with marinara sauce or queso cheese dip on the side.
Notes
