Description

A delightful, easy-to-make strawberry cheesecake dump cake with layers of creamy cheesecake filling and sweet strawberries, topped with a golden cake crust.


Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 can (21 oz) strawberry pie filling
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Spread the strawberry pie filling evenly in the bottom of the dish.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and eggs until smooth.
  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the strawberry filling, spreading evenly.
  5. Sprinkle the dry cake mix evenly over the top.
  6. Drizzle melted butter over the cake mix.
  7. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
